A car caught fire in Hithadhoo near a house

A car parked near a house in Hithadhoo, Addu City has caught fire and burned with major damages.

Police told Sun Media today that the incident was reported to the Police around 12:50 a.m. last night.

The Police Media Official said that no one was injured in the car fire. And that the fire completely destroyed the front of the car.

The Official said that the cause of the fire is yet unclear and that the case is being investigated.

“Someone set the fire or the fire started on it’s own can be confirmed after the investigation.” Police Media Official said.
